How are we building the BNP Paribas Securities Services of tomorrow? At BNP Paribas Securities Services, our digital innovation and transformation programme is a key priority and the focal point of our strategy for 2020 and beyond

To this end, in conjunction with BNP Paribas Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB), we have pooled existing digital initiatives and skills into a single unit called Digital Transformation. This unit has two main missions:

  1. To manage transversal digital initiatives already in place (smart data, artificial intelligence, blockchain, customer experience, product lifecycle management), and develop new digital-enabled business models
  2. To further digitalise and industrialise our existing operating model and processes

Through this, we aim to develop and test emerging digital technologies by creating new solutions together with our clients and partners, with an emphasis on the four dimensions which we believe will shape the future of Securities Services.  We will improve client experience by:

  • Enhancing the client experience
  • Developing new business models
  • Optimising processes
  • Assisting employees
